OPERATION RULES
“ANTIK BATIK GREAT SECOND-HAND COLLECTION”
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY
ANTIK BATIK, a company with its registered office at 8 rue du Foin, 75003 Paris, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 377 949 458 (the "Organizing Company"), organizes, with the technical support of Nopli, the operation entitled "Antik Batik Great Second-Hand Collection" on the Antik Batik second-hand platform accessible at https://www.antikbatik.nopli.eu/ (the "Platform").
The operation will take place from June 17, 2026 to June 24, 2026 inclusive.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The operation is open to any adult natural person residing in a member country of the European Union.
Employees of the Organizing Company, persons who have directly or indirectly participated in the organization of the operation, and members of their households are excluded from participation.
Participation is limited to one entry per person (same name, same email address) for the entire duration of the operation.
Participation in the operation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES
To participate in the operation, the participant must:

Publish at least one item on the Platform between June 17, 2026 and June 24, 2026 inclusive;

Comply with the Platform's General Terms of Use.
Items published as part of the operation must comply with the General Terms of Use of the Antik Batik second-hand platform and be validated by the platform's moderation team. Items rejected by moderation will not be considered for participation in the operation.
The date used to determine eligibility for the operation is the date the item is uploaded by the participant.
Regardless of the number of items published and validated during the operation period, only one entry will be registered per person.
Any incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant participation will be considered null and void.
ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF BENEFICIARIES
At the end of the operation, a draw will be held on June 25, 2026, among all participants who meet the conditions set out in these rules.
Twenty (20) participants will be designated as beneficiaries.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES
The prizes awarded as part of the operation are as follows:

20 Antik Batik gift cards, each with a value of ten euros (€10).
The gift cards:
-
are valid for twelve (12) months from their issue date;

are usable on a selection of Antik Batik products;
-
are not applicable to products from the "Timeless" collection.
Only one gift card may be awarded per person.
Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into cash.
ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE DELIVERY
Beneficiaries will be contacted by email no later than June 26, 2026, at the address associated with their account on the Platform.
Gift cards will be sent electronically within a reasonable time after contact with the beneficiaries.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any error in the contact details provided by the participant or for any impossibility of delivering the prize due to circumstances beyond its control.
ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the Internet network, technical problem affecting the Platform, or any event beyond its control preventing the smooth running of the operation.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the operation in case of force majeure or if circumstances require it, without its liability being engaged in this respect.
ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected as part of the operation is necessary for managing participation, conducting the draw, and awarding prizes.
The collection and processing of this data are carried out by Nopli exclusively on behalf of Antik Batik.
The data is used solely for the organization of the operation and the delivery of prizes.
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict processing, and port their data.

ARTICLE 9 – AVAILABILITY OF RULES
These rules are accessible throughout the duration of the operation from the communication materials related to the Antik Batik Great Second-Hand Collection.
ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application will be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. Failing amicable agreement, the competent French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the matter.
